Kraston always had a passion for cuisine and including others. During my time working with Kraston at TPS child nutrition he created a culinary education game that was presented to over 600 staff members to inform through engaged entertainment. He truly understood how the keep staff motivated and informed. This is one of the working moments I felt most proud for him to accomplish in his professional career as a chef. He had a great impact on us all.
